Centene acquires health management adviser LiveHealthier

Clayton-based Centene Corp., which provides services to government-run health care programs, has acquired LiveHealthier Inc., an employee health management adviser based in Bethesda, Md. Terms of the deal were not announced.

Founded in 2005 by former Washington Post executive Mary Moslander, LiveHealthier offers technology and services to large employers, unions and government organizations.

The 120-employee firm will remain based Maryland, and Moslander will continue to serve as president and CEO.
