Budweiser’s ‘Lost Dog’ ad claims top spot in Super Bowl rankings

For the 13th time in 15 years, Anheuser-Busch can claim the crown as king of Super Bowl advertisements.

Budweiser’s “Lost Dog” ad that aired during Sunday’s game, depicting the emotional story of a lost puppy and some helpful Clydesdales, took the top spot in USA Today’s AdMeter rankings.

This marks the third year that A-B, the St. Louis-based headquarters for Anheuser-Busch InBev, topped AdMeter’s rankings with a commercial featuring the relationship between a trainer and Clydesdales. Lost Dog was a sequel to “Puppy Love,” last year’s top-rated ad.
