Kroenke’s firm donates more than $100,000 to Ingelwood officials

Stan Kroenke’s development firm has donated some $118,000 in campaign contributions to officials in Inglewood, Calif.

The majority of the contributions went to James Butts, Jr., mayor of Inglewood, who supports the development company’s plans to build an NFL stadium in California. The rest of the funds went to two different city councilmen.

Kroenke, who owns the St. Louis Rams, is a partner of Hollywood Park Land Co., which is currently developing plans for a brand new 80,000 seat stadium in the area.
