Google Fiber expands business service footprint in KC

Google Fiber is expanding its small business service in the Kansas City area, offering its one-gigabit broadband service to North Kansas City and south Kansas City.

Google Fiber already offers the service, which is said to be about 100 times faster than standard broadband, in several neighborhoods in central Kansas City.

The service, which has been available to homes since fall 2012 but was just announced for businesses in November, costs $100 per month.
