KC firm seeks receiver for St. Louis developer McKee’s properties

A company owed millions by Paul McKee’s firm has asked a judge to appoint a receiver to take over the St. Louis real estate developer’s business.

Joseph Campbell, a managing member of Titan Fish Two LLC, testified that a receiver is needed to secure collateral on his firm’s loans to McEagle Properties, a McKee company based in O’Fallon.

Titan Fish, which is based in the Kansas City area, sued McEagle in March, alleging the firm had defaulted on a forbearance agreement and owed a total of $4.1 million to Titan Fish.
