Woodruff resigns as Downtown STL CEO

Doug Woodruff resigned Wednesday as CEO of Downtown STL Inc., a group that promotes the interests of businesses in the district. Woodruff will depart at the end of the month and be replaced by chief operating officer Missy Kelley.

Woodruff was hired to the position in 2013. He leaves to take a new position with Wexford Science and Technology, a Baltimore-based real estate investment and development company.
