$35.8-million senior citizen development planned for northwest St. Charles
Site work is expected to begin next month for a $35.8-million senior living complex planned for northwest St. Charles by Springfield, Mo.-based O’Reilly Development Co.
O’Reilly also announced plans Monday for an $18.4 million senior living development in Nixa.
The St. Charles complex, to be called The Boulevard Senior Living, will will include a 90 “independent living” apartments, an 80-bed assisted living area and 48-bed memory care section.
Construction of the buildings will start early next year, with completion expected by mid-2017.
