After a one-year absence, the famous Budweiser Clydesdales will return in the company’s holiday advertisement this year.

Anheuser-Busch filmed its holiday commercial in downtown St. Louis last week, and the ad featured a group of Clydesdales trotting down the street the company’s main brewery occupies. The famous horses pulled a red carriage while a group of locals, hired as extras, watched from the sidewalk and cheered them on.

Last year, the company faced backlash online for the Clydesdales being left out holiday ads. The feedback prompted Anheuser-Busch to make a statement, assuring fans that the famous horses would return to be used in other ads in the future.

The Clydesdales have been associated with the company since 1933, right after the appeal of Prohibition.
