Missouri Bank and Trust to sell to BOK Financial in $102.5 million deal

Missouri Bank and Trust in Kansas City, a lender known for focusing on small business, has agreed to a $102.5 million buyout from Oklahoma-based BOK Financial Corp.

BOK Financial, who also owns the Bank of Kansas City, said it will acquire MBT Bancshares, which owns Missouri Bank and Trust, in an all-cash transaction. The deal is subject to regulatory approval, but could close in the second quarter of next year.

Headquartered in Tulsa, BOK Financial has $31 billion in assets and employs about 240 people in Kansas City.
