Missouri beer sales tumble 3 percent in 2015

Beer sales are once again down in Missouri, according to data compiled by the state’s Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control.

For the fiscal year that ended in June 2015, brewers sold 128.5 million gallons of beer, a 3 percent decline from the 2014 fiscal year. Sales dropped 2 percent in the state in 2014.

Anheuser-Busch, the St. Louis-based brewery, once again led all brewers in Missouri sales, with 76.8 million gallons sold. That was down 80.85 million gallons from the 2014 fiscal year.
