Revised plans for the mixed-use redevelopment of the shuttered Crestwood Court were presented Tuesday to Crestwood’s new Tax Increment Financing Commission during its organizational meeting.

The new figures, proposed by Chicago-based UrbanStreet, call for more total spending, to $104.3 million, but less public subsidy, down to $25 million, in tax increment financing and special sales tax. The 47-acre site would include retail, entertainment, dining and housing.

The commission will meet on Jan. 20 to receive additional data by UrbanStreet to prove the viability of the project.
