Law-Firm Supergroup? Firms in Kansas City and Denver Merge

KANSAS CITY — Missouri-based law firm Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP is set to merge with Denver’s Grimshaw & Harring, P. C. beginning August 1. With the combination, Spencer Fane’s 120 lawyers add a Denver presence while Grimshaw & Harring’s 21 attorneys receives Midwestern capabilities and a broader range of services.

Since its inception more than 50 years ago, Grimshaw & Harring has provided legal services to both regional and national clients conducting business in the Rocky Mountain region. Grimshaw & Harring is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services to businesses of all types and sizes, including more than 300 local governments, financial institutions, real estate developers and more.
