Varsity Tutors, the Clayton-based startup that provides online tutoring and test prep, has opened a new office in suburban Phoenix.
The new location will support the company’s growing sales staff. Varsity Tutors also opened an office in Seattle in April, which will serve as the company’s base for design and product development.

Cohn said Varsity Tutors plans to add at least 100 new jobs over the next 18 months. The company already has nearly 300 employees.
