Amdocs has acquired three privately held technology companies for a total of about $260 million in cash.
Chesterfield-based Amdocs announced the closing of the acquisitions of Vindicia, Brite:Bill and Pontis early Wednesday, saying that the deals are in line with the company’s digital strategy.
The three companies were similarly priced, Amdocs said in its announcement, although specific prices for each company were not released.
Amdocs expects the acquisitions to add a total of 1.5 percent to 2 percent to company revenue in fiscal 2017.
