The Missouri Milk Board reinstated the plant permit for the Shatto Dairy of Osborn after tests indicated the product was within the standard for Grade “A” pasteurized milk, according to the Kansas City Star

Shatto shut down production on Aug. 6 after test results showed people could get sick from improper pasteurization.

Shatto said the company never had pasteurization problems and suggested the previous readings were erroneous.
