Kansas City-based FanThreeSixty LLC has acquired the assets of StepOne Inc., which makes data analytics software.
The acquisition of the Texas company helps FanThreeSixty accelerate its development of business intelligence software for sports and entertainment clients.
It also continues the company’s path toward triple-digit employee growth. FanThreeSixty has been in the midst of a hiring spree since August that CEO Robb Heineman expects will take the company from 60 employees to 160 people by the end of this year.
The StepOne solution features data intelligence, analytics, automation and includes an action recommendation engine.
FanThreeSixty will add this to its platform that collects fan data, segments it, helps with sales management and continuous delivery of exceptional fan experiences. The end result is a platform that provides sports and entertainment companies with analytics tools, fan insight and predictive modeling to optimize everyday interactions with their fans.
