Express Scripts paid $250 million for myMatrixx, SEC filing shows

Express Scripts paid $250 million for myMatrixx, the Tampa-based company whose acquisition it announced in May.

At the time, Express Scripts, the St. Louis County-based pharmacy benefits manager, didn’t disclose the price of its deal for myMatrixx, which specializes in workers’ compensation pharmacy benefits.

But Express Scripts revealed the purchase price, which it deemed “not material,” in its quarterly filing released July 25.
