Anheuser-Busch InBev has launched a new U.S. employee recruitment campaign to lure new recruits into the beer industry.
The campaign, which is called “We Are All Brewers,” was created by the Huge of Brooklyn agency. It features digital videos featuring current A-B InBev employees discussing their jobs and the company culture.
A-B InBev decided to create the campaign after research revealed the brewer had an awareness problem with potential employment candidates, said Alexis Smith, director of employer branding and digital in human resources.
The campaign also is focused on branding the company’s U.S. division, which has 17,000 employees, as Anheuser-Busch, as opposed to the global corporate name of A-B InBev.
