USA800, which has touted itself as the nation’s largest call center owned 100 percent by employees, has a new owner.
Florida-based The Results Cos. announced it acquired the Kansas City-based company, which employs more than 1,500 employees across five locations in Missouri, Kansas and Texas. Financial details were not disclosed, and it’s unclear how employee ownership will be affected.
USA800 provides sales, lead generation, inbound customer service and technology support to customers throughout the U.S. in industries like cable television, health care, financial services and retail.
For Results Cos., USA800 is an acquisition that will help Results drive continued organic growth, Greg Belinfanti, senior managing director of One Equity Partners, said in a release.
