St. Louis’ Cortex Innovation District has landed another tenant with a global footprint. Aon, the London-based professional services firm, is moving into a 30,000-square-foot space in Wexford Science and Technology’s newest building, bringing another 200 workers to the district.
Aon is moving from downtown Clayton and will be one of the largest tenants in the recently opened $55 million, 180,000-square-foot building. The building also houses Microsoft’s regional headquarters, Cambridge Innovation Center and BJC Healthcare’s WellAware fitness center.
