JPMorgan Chase & Co. announced Thursday that its digital bank account service for smartphones is now available nationally, following an eight-month trial run in the St. Louis market.
The service, called Finn by Chase, is aimed especially at young adults who say they want help saving money, but would rather do transactions on their phones than visit bank branches.
When the rollout began in St. Louis, the head of Finn, Melissa Feldsher, said “St. Louis has outstanding colleges and universities with large student populations that use their mobile phones for just about everything.”
Finn’s Android version is scheduled to come out by the end of the year.
