St. Louis developer expands footprint with two new offices

CRG, a St. Louis-based real estate developer, has expanded with the debut of new offices in Southern California and suburban Philadelphia.

That brings CRG’s total number of locations across the U.S. to six.

CRG, which is led by CEO Bob Clark, serves as the development arm of design firm Clayco — which Clark also runs. The company specializes in industrial development but has worked on projects across a number of sectors.

Four employees hired from DCT Industrial will lead the new CRG offices. Frank Petkunas and Fred Ferraro will helm the office in Conshohoken, Pennsylvania. Bud Pharris and Joe Williams will run the location in Newport Beach, California.
