Foreclosures Drop Sharply In Missouri, Kansas
Home foreclosures in the United States fell in the first quarter to the lowest level in six years, according to the mortgage research company Realty Trac. Missouri had more than 4,600 residential properties in trouble in the last quarter, down 32 percent from 2012’s first quarter.
In Kansas, about 2,000 properties were in foreclosure actions, down 22 percent.
