Edward Jones, Wells Fargo Above Average In J.D. Power Study

Edward Jones ranks third and Wells Fargo Advisors is sixth in J.D. Power & Associates’ latest annual ranking of full-service investment firms. The St. Louis firms were among 15 included in the study.

Edward Jones received 808 out of a possible 1,000 points, good for a rating of “better than most.” Wells Fargo earned 791 points, which J.D. Power deemed “about average.”

RBC Wealth Management topped the list with 820 points. Overall investor satisfaction with full-service investment firms has increased since 2012, with this year’s industry average score of 789 marking a 14-point improvement
