Stifel Invests In Carlyle GMS Finance

St. Louis-based brokerage firm Stifel Financial has made an unspecified investment in Carlyle GMS Finance. Under the new arrangement, the two companies will provide each other with middle-market referrals. In a statement announcing the partnership, the chairman and CEO of Stifel expressed hope that collaborating with Carlyle would enhance deal flow opportunities for both companies.
