Union Station’s $25 Million Makeover Begins

Work began this week at the historic Union Station complex in downtown St. Louis to expand meeting space, renovate hotel rooms and prepare for the return of excursion trains. The company that bought Union Station last year for $20 million said the conversion would provide nearly 100,000 square feet of meeting space, enough to host a medium-sized convention.
