Logistics firm adds 125 jobs in Kansas City

Connecticut’s XPO Logistics will bring 125 jobs to Kansas City in a deal that could make it eligible for nearly $700,000 in incentives through the Missouri Works program.

The third-party transportation company is expected to make a $1.2 million capital investment in Kansas City. XPO has more than 200 locations in the United States and Canada. Kansas City will be the company’s first freight brokerage location in Missouri.
