Todd Schnuck will take the reins of Schnuck Markets Inc. from his older brother Scott in March, the St. Louis-based company announced Thursday. Scott Schnuck had been chairman and CEO for almost eight years. He will remain the chairman and assist Todd Schnuck as he becomes CEO. Scott Schnuck will chair the 2014 United Way Campaign of Greater St. Louis.

George W. Dunbar Jr. will become the new president and CEO of ISTO Technologies, the St. Louis-based company announced. ISTO, a privately-held company that produces orthobiological regenerative medicine, also announced that James McGorry was appointed to its Board of Directors.

Bunge North America, which has its headquarters in St. Louis, promoted George Allard to vice president and CFO. He replaces Todd Bastean, who became CEO in June. Bunge North America is an integrated food and feed ingredient company.

Missouri native Jennifer Sirangelo became the National 4-H Council’s first woman president and CEO. The Council is the private sector, nonprofit partner of Cooperative Extension System and 4-H National Headquarters. There are approximately 7 million children learning leadership, citizenship and life skills through 4-H.

Penn National Gaming, a Pennsylvania-based casino and racetrack operator with facilities in Missouri and Kansas, announced that Jay Snowden was named senior vice president and chief operating officer. Snowden earned his executive masters in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

The W.K. Kellogg Foundation, based in Battle Creek, Mich., announced that Ramon Murgia of Kansas City, Kan., was re-elected to a three-year trustee term.
