$900M sewer bond could come to vote in St. Louis next year

The rate commission for the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District approved plans for a $900 million bond issue that could come to vote as early as next year. If approved, the bonds would go toward continued financing of an Environmental Protection Agency program keeping sewers in St. Louis city and county from overflowing into local creeks and rivers.
