Former Missouri Representative Profited in St. Louis ‘Sham’

ST. LOUIS – Former state Rep. Rodney Hubbard Jr. performed no work under two business arrangements with a city subcontractor that earned him $56,500 — including $16,000 from the city treasurer’s office — according to information in court documents, the contract and sources close to a continuing investigation.

Hubbard was identified only as “John Doe” in a wire fraud indictment that drew a guilty plea Monday from the owner of that subcontractor, a consulting business in St. Peters called Dankar Enterprise Inc. Read More on St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
