Wow, that was a quick two years.
In the late summer of 2012, we launched Missouri Business Alert to a small but engaged audience. Two hectic, exciting years later, we’ve celebrated some major milestones, thanks in no small part to our growing community of loyal readers and supporters.
We’ve seen a big increase in the number of students working for our publication, as well as the amount and types of stories our students produce.
We hosted our first interactive webcast, which brought together panelists and viewers from across the state. (Stay tuned for more webcasts and events this fall.)
We added more publications to our network of statewide publishing partners, enabling us to bring our audience broader and deeper coverage of Missouri business news.
Our site traffic numbers have continually increased. We’ve agreed to partnerships with our first sponsors. And, last but certainly not least, we’ve made serious headway on a new mobile application. (Look for it in the App Store later this year.)
To celebrate all of that and thank readers and viewers for their support over the last two years, we’re offering you an opportunity to sign up for free access to our email newsletters, our Morning Minutes and Industry Reports. The Morning Minutes and Industry Reports are designed to meet the needs of busy readers, providing daily (Morning Minutes) or weekly (Industry Reports) rundowns of the state’s top business news. With our email newsletters, you will receive:
- In-depth coverage of the industries you choose. We offer Industry Reports covering technology and health care.
- The morning’s top headlines delivered right to your inbox. With the Morning Minutes, you’ll never miss a top headline again.
- News on any device. You can check our newsletters on your smartphone, tablet or desktop.
We encourage you to sign up for these newsletters, our birthday gift to you. And we hope you’ll share this link with friends and colleagues.
What do we want for our birthday? We never thought you’d ask. More than anything, we’d love to hear from you. If you like something we’re doing, want to see something changed or just want to say hello, please drop us a line. Your feedback is extremely valuable to helping us grow and improve.
To everyone who has supported, sponsored, advised, read or watched Missouri Business Alert over our first two years, we are truly grateful. We thank you for your support, and we look forward to providing the business news that matters to you for many more birthdays to come.
